The Union Cabinet Meeting was held on 10th November 2017 and was chaired by Prime Minister Modi himself. The Union Cabinet has finally approved the creation of National Testing Agency i.e. NTA. So exams conducted by NTA will be called NTA exams. The national level engineering & medical entrance examination which are JEE Main and NEET will be held two times in a year. The examinations will be conducted through online mode from 2019. The Union Education Minister Prakash Javadekar has confirmed and announced in a press meeting which held in the New Delhi. The examinations will be organized by the newly formed examination conducting agency, National Testing Agency (NTA).

In the meeting of Union Cabinet, it is finalized that NTA will be conducted entrance exams from now. Now National Testing Agency – NTA is registered under India Society Act 1860 as the autonomous and self-sustained test conducting organization for the entrance exams. These entrance exams include the NTA exams which are conducted for the admission in higher educational institutions.

For a time being, NTA will conduct those exams which are currently being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education – CBSE. Once NTA is fully geared up, other exams will also be added to it. The entrance exams will be conducted at least twice a year and exam mode will be online. Conducting NTA exams twice a year will open new opportunities for aspirants twice a year.
NTA 2019 Application Form
NTA or National Testing Agency will conduct the examination for the JEE Main, NET, NEET, CMAT, and GPAT from this year. The NTA will conduct entrance exam for Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management etc. The Phase – I of examinations will be going to be held in December month and Phase –II examination will going to held in May 2019. The registration process for the NTA exams will be the same as the last year. The engineering and medical entrance exams will be conducted two times a year by the NTA from this year. The candidates have a good chance to qualify for the exam with the good marks. Now, you will get the two chances per year to qualify the examination. You need to fill the application form before the last date mentioned for the examination.
